Immune Thrombocytopenia and Acute Kidney Injury in a Patient of Tuberculosis – A Rare Entity

چکیده
Tuberculosis (TB) remains a common disease but has atypical presentations. The association of TB with immune thrombocytopenia is not well recognised. purpose this case report to highlight the rare complication secondary in an endemic country like India. Prompt initiation antitubercular therapy and steroids only reduces need for unnecessary transfusions also hastens recovery patient. Knowledge about presentations leads better outcome patient management.
